Welcome to the Global Learning for Antimicrobial Resistance (GLAMR) platform! This website will serve as a repository for e-learning in antimicrobial resistance for Nepal. Since 2015, the Group for Technical Assistance (GTA) and Henry Ford Health System (HFHS), in collaboration with multiple partners in Nepal, have been partners in training hospital-based physicians and pharmacists in Nepal in AMR and AMS principles. Based on these successes and continuing demand for AMR and stewardship training, we have launched the development, implementation, and evaluation of the GLAMR platform that will be used to support e-learning in AMR and stewardship in Nepal.
Based on these successes and continuing demand for IPC, AMR, and stewardship training, the study team proposes to expand on the GLAMR platform to support not only continuing e-learning, but to develop intensive training for physicians and nurses (AMR Champions) as a first step to the introduction of telemedicine as a tool to optimize antibiotic use in Nepal.
